GPS Monitoring

All vehicles registered with Super Cabz are continuously monitored using GPS / Mobile SIM’s / Vehicle mounted Cameras etc. for the safety and security of all travellers. It is explicitly understood that while using Super Cabz services our customers agree to the monitoring of the vehicles they are travelling in.

Fare & Other Charges

The customer hereby agrees to pay the car rental fare and additional charges as applicable, mentioned in the Super Cabz website and Mobile app, at the time of booking. The customer hereby also agrees to pay parking charges, toll-charges, service-tax, state entry tax and any other fee or levy presently payable or imposed hereinafter under applicable law/s of the land and any state, while availing the car rental services. Please note that Km’s billed at the time of invoice shall be considered as final. In case of outstation travel, the minimum chargeable kilometers would be 250 Km’s per day. Only system generated soft copy of the invoice would be sent as email after the completion of the trip. GST @ 5% is applicable on the base fare and would be charged extra or as may be suggested by Govt. Authorities from time to time.

Online Transactions

Credit and Debit Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system through our multiple partners. Your card information and other details will go through these secure online payment gateways and your bank will authorize the card transaction directly. No financial information will pass through our website and hence no information will be retained by us. In approximately 30-40 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization (OTP) code and confirmation of completion of transaction. You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our Customer Support.

Cancellation & Refunds

We do not levy any cancellation charges if booking is cancelled more than 12 hours prior to pickup time for One Way & more than 24 hours prior to pickup time for Round Trip. However if the booking is cancelled post this time then cancellation charges of 15% are applicable. Also Partner hotels may charge a cancellation fee so please refer to hotel policies very carefully at the time of booking a Package or Weekend Getaway. As soon as you cancel your booking with Super Cabz, we would process the request for your refund within 30 Minutes. Refund amount would be credited to the same source from which the payment was received. You do not need to follow up for the same. However it may take up to 72 hours for the amount to reflect in your Card/Bank/Mobile Wallet depending on the time taken by the payment gateway.

All trademarks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, Super Cabz Global Private Limited are acknowledged on the website. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. From time to time our website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse such website(s) nor do we hold any responsibility for the content on the linked website(s).


In case of any unfortunate event during the trip, customer shall lodge any claim directly with the insurance company. Insurance cover, if any, provided, as a part of the service/product by rental vehicle owner attached with Super Cabz Global Private Limited shall be based on the terms and conditions of the insuring company. The User shall contact the insurance company directly for any claim/s or dispute/s, which may arise out of such insurance cover. Super Cabz Global Private Limited will not provide any express or implied undertakings for acceptance of the claims by the insurance company.

Arbitration & Jurisdiction

In case of any dispute arising between the Customer and Super Cabz Global Private Limited, the dispute shall be referred to an Arbitrator, appointed by Super Cabz Global Private Limited in its sole discretion. The Arbitrator so appointed by Super Cabz Global Private Limited shall act in conformity with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The award so passed by the Arbitrator shall be binding upon the Customer as well as Super Cabz Global Private Limited. The courts of Gurgaon, Haryana shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matters, which may be instituted before any court of law, arising from the use of the services offered by Super Cabz Global Private Limited.
