Nainital with its beautiful lakes, temples and exotic scenery around is the perfect honeymoon paradise nestled in the arms of Kumaon Hills. Around 115 km North from Nainital lies Kausani, which is a beautiful hill station located in the Bageshwar district of the state of Uttarakhand, in North India. Kausani is also known to produce great quality woolen wear especially shawls and tea from its tea gardens. Ranikhet, in Almora district is another charming hill station in Uttarakhand. It has a healthy climate, tall coniferous trees, vast green meadows, tranquil surroundings, perfect peace and warm, openhearted people. It is an all-season destination. The forests that surround Ranikhet contain several wildlife species. The summers are great for bird watching and are a haven for all the shutterbugs.
