Nainital with its beautiful lakes, temples and exotic scenery around is the perfect honeymoon paradise nestled in the arms of Kumaon Hills. Nainital is divided into two parts, Tallital and Mallital, with the lake separating them. It is also known as the Lake District of Uttarakhand and is named after Goddess Naina Devi. Some popular engagements around Nainital are its lake, trekking, yachting, and horse-riding.

Around 150 km north-west of Nainital in Uttarakhand, lies the one of its kind reserve, the Jim Corbett National Park. The reserve was established in 1936 and has the distinction of being India’s first national park. The magical landscape of Corbett is well known and fabled for its tiger richness. It area comprises of hills, marshy depressions, riverine belts, grasslands and large lake. It is among the few tiger reserves in India that allows overnight stays in the lap of the National Park. Nature watch and wildlife viewing in the park is done in an open four-wheeler Jeep and on elephant back. Sheltering a healthy population of tigers and rare species like Otters and the endemic fish eating crocodile, the national park is one of the most sought after destinations for the wildlife buffs.

Day 1

  • Delhi - Nainital
  • Early morning drive to Nainital. On arriving, check into your hotel.
  • In the afternoon visit The Mall, Dorothy Seat, Tiffin Top, Raj Bhavan, Snow View Point and St. John's Church.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2

  • Nainital - Corbett -Delhi
  • Start your day with the visit of the famous tourist charms of Nainital like Bhimtal, Naina Peak, Astronomical Observatory, Land's End.
  • After lunch we will proceed to the Jim Corbett National Park and go for a Safari.
  • In the evening, we will drive back to Delhi.
